Independent General Administration Management Recruiter – UAE (Hybrid/Flexible)

About the Role:

We are seeking an Independent General Administration Management Recruiter to source, assess, and place highly skilled professionals in general administration and management roles across various industries in the UAE. This role requires expertise in administrative operationsteam managementorganizational efficiency, and executive support


Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Candidate Sourcing

  • Conduct detailed market research on administrative management positions, analyzing hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and employment types (permanent, contract, and temporary).
  • Source highly qualified candidates using job boardsLinkedInindustry-specific platforms, and professional referrals.
  • Build relationships with businesses across various industries, including corporate officesgovernment agenciesstartups, and nonprofits, to expand the talent pipeline and stay updated on staffing needs.

2. Candidate Screening & Assessment

  • Initial Screening: Review CVscertifications, and work experience related to administrative managementoffice coordinationteam leadership, and project management.
  • Technical & Management Interviews: Conduct in-depth interviews in collaboration with industry experts and clients to assess candidates' knowledge in:
    • Administrative operations and workflow management
    • Team management and employee supervision
    • Resource allocation and task delegation
    • Budget management and cost-saving strategies
    • Project management tools and process optimization
    • Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Skills & Certification Verification: Ensure candidates hold relevant industry certifications such as:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) for management roles
    • Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)
    • Six Sigma Certification for process improvement
    • HR or office management certifications
  • Competency & Compliance Assessment: Evaluate candidates' knowledge of organizational policiescompliance standards, and business regulations.

3. Client Collaboration

  • Partner with businessescorporate officespublic organizations, and private enterprises to understand their specific staffing needs for administrative management roles.
  • Provide insights on industry salary benchmarksin-demand administrative skills, and emerging trends in office management and workplace technology.
  • Assist clients in creating tailored job descriptions for administrative management roles, ensuring they align with industry best practices.

4. Interview Coordination & Feedback

  • Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients, managing all logistics, feedback collection, and follow-ups.
  • Gather feedback from both candidates and clients post-interviews, offering constructive advice and assisting in the decision-making process.
  • Provide interview coaching to candidates on administrative efficiencyorganizational strategies, and leadership qualities.

5. Talent Database Management

  • Maintain an up-to-date database of administrative management professionals, including qualificationscertificationsskills, and availability.
  • Regularly update candidate profiles with new certificationsproject experience, and availability for contract or full-time roles.
  • Ensure the database reflects candidates' compliance with local labor laws and industry-specific best practices.

6. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all placements comply with UAE labor lawshealth and safety regulations, and organizational standards.
  • Verify work permitsvisa status, and professional certifications to ensure candidates meet all legal and technical requirements for administrative and management roles.
  • Stay informed about evolving UAE regulations, including employment laws and corporate governance.

7. Onboarding & Post-Placement Support

  • Assist newly placed candidates with the onboarding process, ensuring they understand company workflowsorganizational policies, and department-specific procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for both clients and candidates to address any post-placement concerns.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure employee retentionjob satisfaction, and operational efficiency in administrative management roles.

8. Continuous Improvement & Industry Insights

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in administrative managementoffice technology, and employee engagement.
  • Recommend improvements to recruitment strategies based on evolving administrative management needs and client feedback.
  • Offer clients insights on emerging workplace technologiesprocess automation, and staffing solutions for office and executive support roles.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business AdministrationHuman ResourcesManagement, or a related field. An MBA or HR certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of recruitment experience in administrative management or office support roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with administrative operationsteam managementproject management, and business compliance standards.
  • Legal & Compliance: Understanding of UAE labor lawshealth and safety regulations, and corporate policies for office management roles.
  • Recruitment & Client Management: Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Independence & Efficiency: Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision while meeting client expectations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other relevant languages is a plus.
