I have registered on Talent Pool but I don't remember my password. What should I do?
If you've forgotten your password, go to the main login page and click on the "Forgot Password" option. You will be redirected to another page where you'll need to enter your registered email address and click the "Reset Password" button. A notification will be sent to your email. Open the email, and click the link provided by the Talent Pool. This link
I want to change my email ID and contact details.
Yes you can change your email id and contact details by clicking on view and edit profile button which will open your profile and on the bottom left corner you will be able to see your contact information with edit button click on it which will open a popup over there you can change your email and contact details.
How do I deactivate or delete my account from Talent Pool?
Currently we don’t have a feature to deactivate or delete accounts.
Will I be notified when someone views my profile?
You will receive a notification each time a job provider views your profile
Submitting a Resume
How can a job seeker create an account?
To create an account for job seekers, simply click on the “For Job Seekers” button under "Create your account!" title on our homepage. Sign up with your email and after verifying your email you can login to our system and get started.
After creating my account, how do I set up my profile?
After creating your account and signing in, you'll be directed to the profile setup page. This setup consists of five stages:

1. Personal Details: Here, you'll need to provide your personal information, including:

First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Gender, Nationality, Current Location, Expected Salary, LinkedIn Profile, Availability, Job Category (select applicable options), and then upload your latest photo

2. Expertise: In this section, add your qualifications and credentials

Academic Qualifications (include Institution Name, Graduation Year, and GPA), Professional Courses/Certifications, Automation and Computer Skills, Upload any relevant attested files.

3. Productivity: This stage focuses on your work experience and achievements:

Organization Name, Job Title and Roles/Job Descriptions, Employment Dates (with an option for still working), Recommendations (include recommender's position, email, and phone number), Equipment and Software Usage (with descriptions and any required licenses).

4. HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment): Here, you can provide HSE-related details:

HSE Courses/Descriptions: Upload attested files for certifications, Good Conduct References, Behavior Courses and their details

5. Skills: Lastly, you'll add your skills:

Select professional and technical skills, Include any relevant soft skills (e.g., planning, time management, customer service) and then add your Cover Letter.
Do I need to manually enter all my information to set up my profile?
No, you don’t have to enter everything manually. We offer a feature that allows you to simply upload your CV, and the relevant details will be automatically extracted and populated in your profile. However, please ensure to review and verify the information after the upload, as there might be errors in the information entered. This step helps ensure that your profile is accurate and complete.
What is the required format and size limit for uploading my CV to the website?
To upload your CV, please ensure it is in PDF format. The file size should not exceed 5 MB. If your document is larger, consider compressing the file or simplifying its design to meet the size requirement.
Are there mandatory fields in the profile setup?
Some fields are now optional to reduce complexity. We encourage you to fill out as much information as possible to enhance your chances of getting noticed by employers.
What should I do about educational certificates?
You can upload your educational certificates without attestation. However, please ensure you have them attested from your home country (e.g., If you are an Indian citizen get it attested from Indian Foreign Affairs) before you get hired.
What should my profile picture look like?
We recommend uploading passport size professional and recent photo.
How can I improve my profile visibility?
Uploading a recent, professional photo and completing your profile 100 percent can significantly increase your chances of being prioritized by employers. We’ll provide reminders to help you with this.
Can I make changes to my profile after submission?
Yes, you can update your profile anytime to ensure that your information is current and reflects your qualifications accurately.
Will I be notified if my profile is incomplete?
Yes, after completing the initial setup, you will receive a notification if your profile is not 100% complete or if any crucial information is missing. This helps ensure that your profile meets the standards required to attract potential employers.
How I Get Ranked in My CVs
Why should I complete my profile?
Completing your profile not only increases your chances of being matched with top employers but also enhances your rating points based on your qualifications and skills, which can lead to higher-paying job offers.
How will I get ranked based on my profile?
Your profile is evaluated across five main categories, each with specific criteria:
    1. Expertise (20 Points): Focuses on your educational background, work experience, technical skills, problem- 
        solving abilities, and adaptability to new techniques.

    2. Productivity (10 Points): Considers extra certifications, use of professional software, time management 
        skills, communication abilities, and commitment to meeting deadlines.

    3. HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) (10 Points): Evaluates your knowledge of workplace safety, emergency 
        procedures, and safe practices in various environments, including offices, workshops, and marine settings.

    4. Behavior (10 Points): Assesses professional references, conduct certifications, social media presence, 
        personality test results, and online interview responses.

    5. Additional Score Points (10 Points): Extra points can be awarded based on interview availability, working 
        within the same country, valid certificates, medical fitness, special government programs, a driving license, 
        accommodation, transportation means, and long-term residence permits.

However, based on your position, the above points will determine the ranking within the relevant category that your CV falls under. The initial ranking will be based on the mentioned categories, with a total of 60 points. Additional points will be awarded upon CV verification.

1. Fresher: All Freshers will be  evaluated from 0 to 60 points at Fresher level based on parameters of above categories mentioned. 

2. Junior: A Junior candidate has 1-3 years of experience and they will be  evaluated from 0 to 60 points at Junior level based on parameters of above categories mentioned. 

3. Mid Level: They will be  evaluated from 0 to 60 points at Mid level based on parameters of above categories mentioned.  A Mid Level candidate has gained 3-5 years of experience and possesses intermediate expertise.

4. Senior: They will be  evaluated from 0 to 60 points at Senior Level based on parameters of above categories mentioned.  A Senior candidate has 5-7 years of experience and extensive expertise in their field. They are capable of managing larger projects and leading teams effectively.

5. Expert: They will be  evaluated from 0 to 60 points at Senior Level based on parameters of above categories mentioned.  An Expert has 7-10 years of experience with deep specialization in their field. They are recognized for their advanced knowledge and are often involved in driving innovations and improving processes. 

6. Level 1 Leader – Supervisor: They will be  evaluated from 0 to 60 points at Level 1 Leader – Supervisor Level based on parameters of above categories mentioned. A Level 1 Leader – Supervisor has at least 10 years of experience and focuses on overseeing operations and managing teams. They ensure tasks are completed efficiently and help improve team performance. 

7. A Level 2 Leader – Manager: They will be  evaluated from 0 to 60 points at Level 2 Leader – Manager Level based on parameters of above categories mentioned.  A Level 2 Leader – Manager has 12+ years of experience and is responsible for managing multiple teams or projects. They ensure that operations align with the organization’s goals and oversee performance across teams. 

8. Level 3 Leader – General Manager:  They will be  evaluated from 0 to 60 points at Level 3 Leader – General Manager Level based on parameters of above categories mentioned.  A Level 3 Leader – General Manager holds the highest level of leadership within their domain, typically with 15+ years of experience. They manage multiple departments or operations and align them with the organization’s long-term goals.
What type of certifications should I add to showcase my expertise?
Include certifications that match the job you are applying for and highlight any additional industry-specific certifications to demonstrate your knowledge and skill set.
Does having experience in multiple industries affect my expertise score?
Yes, showcasing diverse industry experience can reflect a broad skill set and adaptability, potentially increasing your expertise score.
What information should I include to boost my productivity score?
You can include extra certifications, knowledge of relevant software/tools, time management or project management courses, language proficiency, and examples of meeting deadlines in previous roles.
How important is communication for my productivity score?
Communication is crucial. Being proficient in multiple languages and demonstrating clear communication skills can significantly enhance your productivity rating.
Will my productivity score affect my profile ranking?
Yes, a high productivity score improves your overall profile ranking, making you more visible and attractive to employers.
Why is HSE knowledge important for my profile?
HSE knowledge demonstrates your awareness of safety protocols, regulations, and best practices in various work environments, which is a critical factor for many employers, especially in industries like construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and offshore work.
Do employers require specific HSE certifications for job roles?
Yes, some employers may look for specific HSE certifications depending on the job role. Providing information about your HSE certifications can improve your profile's rating and increase your chances of being selected.
What specific HSE details should I add to my profile?
Add information about your familiarity with safety rules, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), emergency procedures, hazard identification, first aid knowledge, infection control (for healthcare roles), and any specific HSE certifications relevant to your industry.
What behavioral aspects are evaluated in my profile?
Your behavior score is based on professional references, good conduct certificates, social media presence, personality test results, and responses to behavior interview questions.
Do I need to upload a Good Conduct Certificate?
Yes, uploading a Good Conduct Certificate from the police or a governmental institute can improve your behavior score and show employers your trustworthiness.
How does my social media presence impact my behavior score?
A professional and positive social media presence can enhance your behavior score. Ensure that your profiles reflect professional conduct and align with your job-seeking goals.
I have applied for jobs but I have not received a response yet. What happened to my application?
Your application status might depend on several factors. Employers may need more time to review profiles or could prioritize candidates with higher profile ratings. Make sure your profile is complete, including optional fields, to enhance your visibility to employers. Also, ensure your educational certificates, professional photo, and other key profile aspects meet the requirements, as a higher profile rating increases your chances of receiving a response.

Hiring Process
How will the vacancies be recommended to me?
Jobs are recommended based on the information you've added to your profile, such as your work experience, skills, and preferred job location. The more accurate your profile, the better the job recommendations you receive.
Can I filter vacancy listings?
Yes, you can use the "Search Job Title," "Location," and "Work Experience" fields at the top of the page to filter job listings. You can also filter by categories and locations on the right side of the dashboard.
How do I apply for a job?
Click on a job listing to view its full details. There, you will find the option to apply directly or follow the instructions provided to complete your application.
Is there a limit to the number of jobs I can apply to through the Talent Pool?
No, there is no limit. You can apply to as many job listings as you want through the Talent Pool platform.
Can I view my previous applications?
Yes, you can view your previous applications through your profile dashboard. The platform keeps a record of all the jobs you have applied for, allowing you to track your application status and review job details anytime.
Can I contact the employer regarding my application?
No, direct contact with employers is not possible. However, you can access detailed information about the job description, position, and employer within the job listing.
How often are job listings updated?
Job listings are updated frequently. You can regularly visit the dashboard or use the search filters to find the latest job postings that suit your profile.
Is there a way to track my application status?
You will receive notifications regarding your application status via email, keeping you updated throughout the hiring process.
Should I share sensitive information with employers?
No, avoid sharing sensitive information such as your bank details, personal identification numbers, or passwords. Employers will not require these for a job application.
What should I do if an employer asks for payment?
Be cautious; legitimate employers do not ask for payment during the hiring process. Report any such requests to our support team immediately.
