Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive – HVAC and Related Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with expertise in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) services to expand our market presence in commercial, residential, industrial, and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging with key clients, and driving sales growth for HVAC installation, maintenance, repair, and retrofit services.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion & Client Registration:

  • Identify and register the company with key clients, including building contractors, real estate developers, facility management companies, and industrial plants.
  • Develop strong relationships with procurement teams, project managers, and maintenance engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with tendering, pre-qualification, and vendor registration requirements.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Track new construction projects, HVAC maintenance contracts, and upgrade requirements to identify sales opportunities.
  • Engage with key decision-makers before RFQs are issued to secure project involvement.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with EPC contractors, property developers, and facility management firms.
  • Maintain an updated database of upcoming HVAC-related projects and service contracts.

Lead Generation & Client Engagement:

  • Conduct market research to identify clients needing HVAC system installation, servicing, or energy efficiency upgrades.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings to introduce our services.
  • Arrange and lead client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.

Proposal & Sales Management:

  • Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to prepare proposals and pre-qualification documents.
  • Track and follow up on bid opportunities to ensure timely submission and competitive positioning.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals, ensuring alignment with pricing and revenue objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in HVAC installation, maintenance, or energy efficiency solutions.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, ventilation, cooling technologies, and building automation systems.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, track projects, and convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of vendor registration, pre-qualification, and tendering processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and market research tools.
