Job Description

Purpose of the Job:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and acquiring new clients for our comprehensive range of business support services. These include UAE visa processing, trade license services, document translation, driving license assistance, vehicle renewals, and more.

This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs. The position offers a competitive salary structure with performance-based incentives.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify and approach potential clients across various industries.
  • Conduct field visits to businesses to introduce company services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Service Presentation & Sales

  • Present and promote the company’s full range of services effectively.
  • Clearly communicate service benefits, pricing, and value propositions.
  • Customize solutions based on client requirements.

Sales Targets & Performance

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.

Business Development & Client Retention

  • Develop a strong sales pipeline for sustained business growth.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through post-sales follow-up.
  • Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or service-oriented environment.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to present multiple services effectively
  • Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE business services (visa processing, trade licenses, etc.) is an advantage.
