Job Title: Site Cleaner

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and diligent Site Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety at construction or industrial sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that the work environment is tidy, free from debris, and compliant with health and safety standards, supporting smooth operations for all site personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove construction debris, dust, and waste materials from the site.

• Sweep, mop, and clean floors, walkways, and other surfaces.

• Dispose of waste according to safety and environmental regulations.

• Maintain cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies in good condition.

• Assist with organizing materials and equipment for site efficiency.

• Ensure that entrances, exits, and emergency paths are clear.

• Report any hazards, spills, or safety concerns to the supervisor.

• Support other site staff with general housekeeping tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in site cleaning, janitorial work, or construction support is an advantage.

• Knowledge of cleaning tools, chemicals, and safety procedures.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

• Awareness of occupational health and safety requirements.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.

• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

• Able to work on uneven surfaces or confined spaces if required.

Working Conditions:

• Construction or industrial site environment.

• Exposure to dust, debris, and equipment noise.

• May require early mornings or extended shifts depending on site operations.
