Job Overview:
Servtech General Maintenance L.L.C is seeking a skilled and proactive Maison to oversee maintenance, operational, and service activities within our facilities. The role ensures that all building systems and infrastructure function efficiently, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.

• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

• Assist in daily operational activities, including cleaning, security, and other support services.

• Liaise with contractors and service providers, supervising outsourced work to ensure quality and compliance.

• Maintain inventory and records of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies; coordinate procurement as needed.

• Implement and monitor health and safety protocols; conduct safety audits and address hazards.

• Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, incidents, and operational issues.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to address maintenance needs.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management.

• Strong technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.

• Relevant technical diploma or certification in facility management, engineering, or related fields.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facility management.

• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate within a team.
