You will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle across multiple entities—owning recruitment coordination, onboarding, HRIS data integrity, payroll inputs/WPS, benefits, performance cycle support, and day-to-day employee relations—while partnering with operations to drive a consistent, compliant, and data-driven HR experience.

  • Prepare contracts/NDAs, orchestrate PRO handover, and deliver structured inductions.

Employee Lifecycle & HRIS

  • Track probation, transfers/promotions, disciplinary actions, and offboarding/EOSB.

Payroll & Benefits Coordination

  • Consolidate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, OT, allowances, deductions) and validate WPS files.

  • Administer medical insurance enrollments/terminations; reconcile provider invoices.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Resolve employee queries; support grievance/disciplinary cases per Labour Law.

  • Coordinate visa/EID/permit renewals with PRO; maintain compliance logs and audit readiness.

Performance, Learning & Culture

  • Run appraisal calendars; collate KPIs, ratings, and probation outcomes.

  • Conduct training needs analysis; schedule and track learning completion and impact.

HR Analytics & Projects

  • Produce dashboards (headcount, attrition, time-to-fill, ER cases, leave liabilities, HR cost).

  • Improve SOPs/forms; support HRIS enhancements, automation, and cross-entity standardization.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent, directly relevant HR work experience.

  • HR generalist experience (multi-entity/group exposure is a plus).

  • Strong stakeholder management, confidentiality, documentation, and clear verbal & spoken English
