Job Description

A reputed UAE-based management services provider that helps licensed organizations streamline daily operations through ERP-enabled solutions—from facility management to data-driven decision-making in full compliance with local regulations—seeks an energetic, goal-oriented Sales Executive for General Sales. This mid-level role requires proven business development across diverse industries, strong market-trend research capability, and excellent interpersonal skills to engage clients and drive revenue growth; the ideal candidate pairs a positive attitude with a results-driven mindset to build long-term customer relationships and contribute to organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with clients and prospects by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across different industries. Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

  • Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets. Monitor pipeline activities, prepare sales forecasts, and report performance to management.

  • Product Knowledge & Presentation: Maintain a clear understanding of company products/services. Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals highlighting value and benefits.

  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead sales discussions, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with company policies and profitability goals.

  • Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless client experience.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems and provide regular updates to management.

  • Compliance: Follow company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of general sales/business development experience (UAE/GCC preferred).

  • Strong ability to research and analyze market trends.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Highly motivated, organized, and adaptable with a positive, client-focused attitude.

  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
