Key Responsibilities

• Perform calibration, testing, and certification of instruments in accordance with international standards.

• Operate and maintain master equipment for parameters such as pressure, temperature, weights, flow, and electrical measurements.

• Support both on-site and off-site calibration services for clients.

• Conduct repair and installation of instrumentation devices as per quality protocols.

• Prepare and maintain accurate calibration reports, certificates, and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC and internal quality standards.

• Assist senior engineers during shutdowns, commissioning, and project-based activities.

• Uphold the company’s reputation through technical expertise, professionalism, and customer-focused service.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience as a Calibration / Lab Technician (preferably in UAE or GCC).

• Strong knowledge of calibration processes for industrial instruments.

• Ability to interpret calibration standards, traceability, and certification requirements.

• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory standards is a plus.

• Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Urdu/Hindi is an advantage).

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.

• Flexible to support both lab-based and field/on-site calibration work.
