Job Role 

Engaged on a per-job basis to perform deep cleaning and sanitization services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment to provide thorough cleaning for kitchens, bathrooms, floors, walls, carpets, windows, and hard-to-reach areas. The specialist will also handle specialized cleaning tasks such as post-construction cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and seasonal deep cleans.

Key Responsibilities

• Deep Cleaning:

  • Perform deep cleaning of all rooms, including floors, walls, ceilings, furniture, carpets, and upholstery.

  • Clean kitchens (including ovens, stovetops, and cabinets), bathrooms (including showers, bathtubs, toilets, and sinks), and other hard-to-reach areas (baseboards, vents, windowsills).

  • Clean and sanitize all high-touch areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.

  • Dust and clean vents, light fixtures, and fan blades.

  • Clean windows, mirrors, glass surfaces, and glass doors to remove stains, fingerprints, and smudges.

  • Perform floor scrubbing, waxing, and polishing for all floor types (tile, wood, carpet, etc.).

• Specialized Cleaning Tasks:

  • Post-construction cleaning, including removal of dust, debris, paint splatters, and other construction residues.

  • Move-in/move-out cleaning, ensuring that the property is cleaned to meet tenant or landlord expectations.

  • Clean and sanitize all air-conditioning units, if required, ensuring proper maintenance and hygiene.

  • Clean carpets using specialized equipment, such as steam cleaning or dry cleaning methods.

  • Pressure washing of exterior surfaces (e.g., driveways, patios, and walls) if needed.

• Product Knowledge & Application:

  • Use appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques for different surfaces, ensuring that chemicals and equipment are used safely and effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, including the safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.

  • Use appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including gloves, masks, and goggles, while working in potentially hazardous areas.

• Client Interaction & Reporting:

  • Communicate clearly with clients to understand their cleaning needs and provide estimates and timeframes.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client concerns during or after the cleaning service.

  • Report any damage or issues found during cleaning and provide recommendations for improvements.

  • Maintain clear records of each job, including services rendered, time spent, and materials used.

• HSE & Compliance:

  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines during cleaning operations.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all cleaning tools and supplies are properly stored and accounted for.

Minimum Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on deep cleaning experience (UAE/GCC preferred).

• Proficiency in using a variety of cleaning equipment and techniques (steam cleaners, carpet cleaners, power washers, etc.).

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their proper use for different surfaces (including eco-friendly and non-toxic products).

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in time-sensitive environments.

• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving furniture or equipment.

• Basic English for communication and documentation (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus).

• Smartphone for CRM, navigation, and photo documentation.

• Valid UAE driving licence preferred; willing to travel between sites.

Education & Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• HSE/First Aid training is a plus.

• Specific certification in cleaning (e.g., residential/commercial deep cleaning) is a plus.
