Job Role 

Engaged on a per-job basis to plan, pack, load, transport, unload, and set up household/office items safely and efficiently. You’ll follow our SOPs, protect client property, comply with building/community rules, and close jobs with full documentation and client sign-off.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-move survey & planning: Confirm inventory, access (elevators/parking), permits, route, manpower, and materials required.

• Professional packing: Wrap/box fragile items, TVs/monitors, artwork, mirrors; protect furniture with blankets, corner guards, shrink/bubble wrap; label cartons by room.

• Dismantling & reassembly: Beds, wardrobes, workstations, shelving; basic curtain/blind removal/re-fix; appliance disconnect/reconnect (no gas/plumbing unless certified).

• Safe handling & loading: Use dollies, sliders, ramps, straps; form stable stacks; protect walls/floors/doors; secure loads for transport.

• Transport & delivery: Drive or coordinate vehicles; comply with community time windows; unload, place items per plan, remove debris.

• Special items: Pianos/safes/large appliances moved only with proper equipment and pre-approval.

• Documentation: Condition reports, carton counts, before/after photos, timesheets, and client sign-off in CRM; note damages or access constraints immediately.

• HSE & quality: Manual-handling technique, PPE, heat-stress controls, traffic awareness; maintain clean work areas and lifts/corridors.

• Client communication: Provide status updates, agree variations (extra volume, waiting time, long carry, stair carry), and obtain approvals before proceeding.

Minimum Requirements

• 2–4 years hands-on packing/moving experience (UAE preferred).

• Skilled in fragile packing, furniture protection, safe lifting, stair/elevator moves, and load securing.

• Basic carpentry/assembly competence; power-tool familiarity (driver/drill).

• Basic English for labels, notes, and client updates (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus).

• Smartphone for CRM, navigation, and photo documentation.

• Valid UAE driving licence (LMV/3/4) preferred for driver roles.

Education & Certifications

• High school (preferred).

• Manual Handling / First Aid / Work-at-Height awareness are an advantage.

• If driving: valid licence/class as per vehicle; RTA/commercial requirements as applicable.
