Job Description

  • Product Knowledge and Expertise: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's product portfolio, including features, benefits, and technical specifications. Serve as the go-to expert for internal teams and clients regarding product functionalities and applications.
  • Market and Customer Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and customer needs assessments to identify opportunities for product improvement and new product development. Gather feedback from clients and sales teams to inform product enhancements.
  • Sales Support and Training: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and provide detailed product training sessions. Assist in creating marketing materials and technical documentation to support sales initiatives.
  • Product Launch and Promotion: Coordinate the launch of new products, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and prepared. Develop promotional campaigns and participate in industry events to increase product visibility.
  • Customer Engagement and Support: Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to product features, troubleshooting, and technical support. Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track product performance metrics, analyze sales data, and prepare reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure cohesive product strategies and successful execution of projects.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all product activities adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all product-related processes.
