Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and market expansion.
  • Team Management and Development: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets; foster a high-performance culture through training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities; adapt strategies accordingly to capitalize on these insights.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders; ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
