Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and technically skilled Senior Architect to lead architectural design, manage multidisciplinary coordination, and ensure successful delivery of complex projects. The ideal candidate will combine creative design leadership, strong technical knowledge, and team management capabilities. This role is central to project planning, client coordination, and delivering high-quality architectural solutions.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of projects from concept through completion.

  • Oversee and mentor junior architects and design teams across multiple projects.

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent and functionality.

  • Develop and review architectural drawings, specifications, and presentations.

  • Ensure compliance with local codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.

  • Participate in all phases of project delivery: concept design, schematic, design development, tender, and construction.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation quality.

  • Resolve complex design and site issues promptly and effectively.

  • Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and construction methodologies.

  • Drive sustainable design strategies and incorporate modern technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

• 7–10+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and project delivery.

• Licensed Architect (preferred or in progress).

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and BIM workflows.

• Strong knowledge of construction practices, architectural detailing, and materials.

• Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, permitting, and local authority approvals.

• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and client-facing skills.

• Experience in commercial, residential, institutional, or mixed-use projects.
