Overview of the Role

Servtech Technical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor to our clients, bridging the gap between complex technical solutions and customer needs. You will leverage your deep understanding of our products and industry trends to drive sales growth, develop strategic relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Consultation and Solution Design:
    Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges, and design tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Provide detailed technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to showcase product capabilities and benefits.

  • Sales Strategy and Business Development:
    Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, expanding the company's market presence and customer base.

  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.

  • Technical Support and Problem Resolution:
    Provide expert technical support during the sales process and post-sales implementation. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring seamless integration and operation of solutions.

  • Product Knowledge and Industry Expertise:
    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Share insights and feedback with internal teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    Work closely with engineering, marketing, and project management teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately captured and delivered. Assist in the development of technical documentation and training materials.

  • Reporting and Documentation:
    Prepare detailed sales reports, technical documentation, and project proposals. Track sales activities and customer interactions to ensure effective follow-up and pipeline management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.

  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial, mechanical, or automation sectors.

  • Strong understanding of engineering concepts, product specifications, and system integration.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing long sales cycles.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales pipeline tracking.

  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and trade events as required.

  • Arabic language proficiency is a plus (depending on market).
