Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Wholesale and Manufacturing Sales Manager to lead our sales team and grow our presence across key markets. This leadership role is ideal for a sales professional with strong knowledge of wholesale distribution, manufacturing supply chains, and B2B client relationship management. You will be responsible for leading sales strategies, developing team performance, and ensuring seamless execution of sales operations from lead to delivery.
• Team Leadership & Development:
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives across wholesale and manufacturing segments.
Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular coaching and development sessions.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Sales Planning:
Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company goals and market trends.
Identify growth opportunities in new and existing markets, channels, and product categories.
Forecast sales, set quarterly/annual targets, and drive execution to exceed objectives.
• Key Account Management:
Oversee high-value client relationships and serve as a senior point of contact for strategic wholesale accounts.
Ensure long-term satisfaction, repeat business, and identification of upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Build partnerships with key decision-makers in procurement, operations, and executive leadership.
• Sales Operations & Process Optimization:
Oversee order pipeline, from proposal to delivery, ensuring alignment with production and logistics teams.
Improve internal processes related to quoting, inventory management, and customer communication.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting through CRM systems and sales dashboards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, supply chain, and finance teams to align messaging, pricing, and fulfillment.
Provide customer insights to influence product development and pricing strategies.
Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA preferred
6–10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2–3 years in a sales management role
Deep understanding of wholesale and manufacturing operations, supply chains, and pricing structures
Proven ability to lead teams, manage accounts, and exceed sales goals
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting tools
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
