We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Wholesale and Manufacturing Sales Representative (Mid-Level) to join our growing B2B sales team. This role is ideal for someone with prior sales experience in a wholesale, manufacturing, or distribution environment, who is confident managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing order fulfillment from quote to delivery.
• Lead Generation & Market Development:
Research and identify new wholesale clients and distribution channels within target markets.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
Leverage industry knowledge and trends to identify business growth opportunities.
• Client Management & Sales Execution:
Conduct regular meetings with existing clients to understand needs, promote new products, and expand orders.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product proposals, and customized pricing packages.
Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
• Order Fulfillment & Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, production) to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Monitor stock availability and lead times to align client expectations with production schedules.
Manage post-sale follow-ups and resolve any issues related to orders, shipments, or service.
• CRM & Performance Reporting:
Maintain up-to-date client records, sales activities, and deal stages in the CRM system.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for the sales manager.
Track sales targets, margins, and account performance KPIs.
Managing and expanding wholesale/manufacturing client accounts
Driving revenue through consultative selling and relationship building
Ensuring smooth order coordination and client satisfaction
Collaborating with operations, logistics, and product teams
Meeting and exceeding individual sales quotas
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in wholesale, B2B, or manufacturing sales
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong negotiation and account management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach
Ability to analyze data and make informed sales decisions
