Job Title: Wholesale and Manufacturing Sales Manager

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Wholesale and Manufacturing Sales Representative to lead high-impact B2B sales initiatives across our key accounts and distribution networks. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who excels in managing complex sales cycles, nurturing long-term client relationships, and contributing to business growth at a regional or national level. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted advisor to wholesale and manufacturing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within wholesale and manufacturing sectors.

  • Build and expand relationships with key decision-makers, distributors, and high-volume clients.

  • Lead negotiations on large contracts and complex deals that drive significant revenue growth.

• Key Account Management:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, understanding their operational needs and aligning solutions accordingly.

  • Uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client growth and product expansion.

• Sales Leadership & Process Optimization:

  • Mentor junior sales representatives and contribute to the development of best practices and sales playbooks.

  • Collaborate with logistics, production, and finance to streamline the sales-to-fulfillment process.

  • Identify gaps in current sales processes and recommend data-driven improvements.

• Forecasting, Reporting & CRM Management:

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.

  • Analyze sales trends, client behavior, and market conditions to inform business decisions.

  • Maintain clean and up-to-date CRM records for all client interactions, proposals, and sales activity.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Driving strategic growth through high-value wholesale/manufacturing deals

  • Strengthening relationships with top-tier accounts and distribution partners

  • Mentoring and supporting the broader sales team

  • Leading initiatives to improve margins, order flow, and customer satisfaction

  • Providing market insights and client feedback to inform product and pricing strategies

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA is a plus

  • 5–8+ years of experience in wholesale or manufacturing sales, with a strong record of exceeding sales targets

  • Experience managing large accounts and complex B2B sales negotiations

  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and distribution channels

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and advanced Excel/reporting tools
