Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Wholesale and Manufacturing Sales Representative to lead high-impact B2B sales initiatives across our key accounts and distribution networks. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who excels in managing complex sales cycles, nurturing long-term client relationships, and contributing to business growth at a regional or national level. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted advisor to wholesale and manufacturing clients.
• Strategic Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within wholesale and manufacturing sectors.
Build and expand relationships with key decision-makers, distributors, and high-volume clients.
Lead negotiations on large contracts and complex deals that drive significant revenue growth.
• Key Account Management:
Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, understanding their operational needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
Uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client growth and product expansion.
• Sales Leadership & Process Optimization:
Mentor junior sales representatives and contribute to the development of best practices and sales playbooks.
Collaborate with logistics, production, and finance to streamline the sales-to-fulfillment process.
Identify gaps in current sales processes and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Forecasting, Reporting & CRM Management:
Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.
Analyze sales trends, client behavior, and market conditions to inform business decisions.
Maintain clean and up-to-date CRM records for all client interactions, proposals, and sales activity.
Driving strategic growth through high-value wholesale/manufacturing deals
Strengthening relationships with top-tier accounts and distribution partners
Mentoring and supporting the broader sales team
Leading initiatives to improve margins, order flow, and customer satisfaction
Providing market insights and client feedback to inform product and pricing strategies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA is a plus
5–8+ years of experience in wholesale or manufacturing sales, with a strong record of exceeding sales targets
Experience managing large accounts and complex B2B sales negotiations
In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and distribution channels
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and advanced Excel/reporting tools
Advanced communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
