Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Wholesale and Manufacturing Sales Representative to support our growing B2B sales operations. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of experience—or strong internship exposure—who is eager to grow in the wholesale or manufacturing sales space. You will support senior sales team members, assist in managing client relationships, and gain exposure to the full sales cycle.
• Sales Support & Lead Follow-Up:
Assist with lead research, qualification, and initial outreach via phone and email.
Help schedule client meetings, product demos, and follow-up activities.
Support data entry and lead tracking in the CRM system.
• Client Communication & Order Assistance:
Respond to client inquiries about product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Help prepare quotes, order forms, and product sheets for prospective and current clients.
Coordinate with internal departments to track order status and resolve basic customer issues.
• Sales Administration & Coordination:
Maintain organized records of sales activity, client feedback, and communication logs.
Assist with the preparation of weekly sales reports and pipeline summaries.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Product & Market Familiarization:
Develop knowledge of product lines, pricing structures, and wholesale inventory processes.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Participate in training sessions and shadow senior team members to accelerate learning.
Supporting sales representatives in administrative and client-facing tasks
Building foundational skills in B2B sales and customer engagement
Gaining hands-on experience in manufacturing and wholesale operations
Learning product knowledge, supply chain flow, and sales tools
Preparing for growth into a full sales representative role
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or supply chain coordination
Internship or academic experience in wholesale, logistics, or manufacturing preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with CRM systems is a plus
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
