We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Wholesale and Manufacturing Sales Representative (Entry-Level) to join our sales team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone starting their career in B2B sales, with a strong interest in wholesale distribution, product sales, and client relationship management. You’ll learn the full sales process, from prospecting to order fulfillment, while supporting the growth of manufacturing and wholesale accounts.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Assist in identifying and researching new wholesale and manufacturing business opportunities.
Support outreach efforts through phone calls, emails, and networking events.
Build a foundational understanding of key market segments and client profiles.
• Customer Interaction & Support:
Engage with clients to understand product needs, order volumes, and purchasing cycles.
Respond to inquiries, provide product information, and assist in order placement.
Maintain strong communication to support positive customer experiences.
• Sales Process & Order Management:
Support the preparation of sales quotes, pricing sheets, and product catalogs.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to track orders and deliveries.
Learn to manage sales documentation, contracts, and purchase orders.
• CRM & Sales Reporting:
Log client interactions, leads, and opportunities into the CRM system.
Assist in generating reports on sales activity, client feedback, and pipeline updates.
Keep product and pricing data up-to-date for sales team use.
Learning and supporting wholesale/manufacturing sales operations
Building strong client communication and relationship skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
Strong interest in wholesale, manufacturing, or product-based sales
Internship or academic experience in business, logistics, or customer service is a plus
Basic understanding of supply chain or distribution concepts preferred
Familiarity with Excel, CRM systems, or ERP software is helpful
