Job Title: Web Designer
Job Summary:
As a Fresher Web Designer to join our team and assist in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with minimal experience who are eager to learn and grow in web design. The candidate will work closely with developers and senior designers to design responsive and interactive web pages that enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and developing web pages with a focus on UI/UX principles.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and visual prototypes for websites.
- Work with senior designers and developers to ensure responsive and interactive designs.
- Optimize website design for speed, performance, and accessibility.
- Update and maintain website layouts, images, and other design elements.
- Conduct basic user testing to refine and improve website usability.
- Stay updated with the latest web design trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align web design with brand identity.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Basic understanding of web design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with UI/UX concepts and responsive design techniques.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A portfolio showcasing academic projects or self-initiated web design work.
Experience:
- 0-1 year of experience in web design (internships or personal projects are a plus).
