The Vice President – Manufacturing Technology & Fabrication Operations is a strategic leader responsible for driving innovation, operational excellence, and growth across manufacturing technology and fabrication functions within food and beverage production. This role oversees the integration of advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, and fabrication processes to enhance product quality, efficiency, and scalability. The VP leads cross-functional teams, manages capital projects, and ensures compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for manufacturing technology and fabrication operations aligned with corporate goals.
Champion adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies including automation, robotics, IoT, and digital manufacturing solutions.
Lead capital investment planning and execution for technology upgrades and fabrication facility expansions.
Oversee fabrication operations including stainless steel welding, machining, assembly, and finishing to support hygienic process equipment production.
Ensure fabrication quality, efficiency, and capacity meet production and business requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in fabrication workflows and manufacturing technology deployment.
Collaborate with engineering, IT, and production teams to integrate automation and control systems in fabrication and manufacturing.
Lead digital transformation efforts to improve data collection, traceability, and predictive maintenance capabilities.
Evaluate and implement advanced manufacturing technologies to optimize operational performance.
Ensure all manufacturing and fabrication activities comply with FDA, USDA, 3-A Sanitary Standards, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility across all operations.
Lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams across manufacturing technology and fabrication functions.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Manage talent acquisition, training programs, and succession planning.
Partner with R&D, quality assurance, supply chain, and corporate leadership to align manufacturing technology and fabrication strategies with business objectives.

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing technology and fabrication within food & beverage, pharmaceutical, or related process industries
Proven success leading digital transformation, automation projects, and multi-site operations
Strong knowledge of sanitary fabrication standards and regulatory requirements
Executive leadership, strategic planning, and change management expertise
Deep understanding of manufacturing technology, automation systems, and fabrication processes
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
