Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Job Summary:
As a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to enhance our digital products by designing intuitive, user-centered experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in UI/UX design, with experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting usability testing, and ensuring that all digital interfaces align with business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, analyze insights, and translate findings into design improvements.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless user experience implementation.
- Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Maintain design consistency across all digital platforms while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Identify and resolve UX challenges to improve accessibility and usability.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Strong understanding of UX research methodologies, usability principles, and user psychology.
- Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity designs.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design strategies.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects with a focus on user-centered design.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proven experience working on web and mobile applications.
