The Turbine Multi Welder is a crucial position within our organization, responsible for performing welding operations on turbine components in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities:

• Assisting Senior Welders: Support experienced welders in preparing materials, setting up equipment, and completing basic tasks.
• Learning Welding Techniques: Actively participate in hands-on training to gain proficiency in techniques such as MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), and SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding).
• Material Preparation: Help in cleaning, grinding, and preparing metal surfaces for welding.
• Safety Compliance: Follow established safety procedures, including wearing protective gear and ensuring a clean work area to minimize hazards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Assist in cleaning and maintaining welding tools and equipment after use.
• Documentation Support: Record and maintain logs of tasks performed for future reference and compliance checks.
• Workplace Organization: Ensure the workspace remains organized, hazard-free, and conducive to safe operations.

Requirements:

• Education: Matriculation or high school diploma.
• Technical Qualification: Certification or diploma in welding or a related technical field (mandatory).
• Skills: Basic understanding of welding techniques; willingness to learn and adapt.
• Physical Ability: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and working in tight spaces.
