Responsibilities:
- Assisting Senior Welders: Support experienced welders in preparing materials, setting up equipment, and completing basic tasks.
- Learning Welding Techniques: Actively participate in hands-on training to gain proficiency in techniques such as MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), and SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding).
- Material Preparation: Help in cleaning, grinding, and preparing metal surfaces for welding.
- Safety Compliance: Follow established safety procedures, including wearing protective gear and ensuring a clean work area to minimize hazards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Assist in cleaning and maintaining welding tools and equipment after use.
- Documentation Support: Record and maintain logs of tasks performed for future reference and compliance checks.
- Workplace Organization: Ensure the workspace remains organized, hazard-free, and conducive to safe operations.
Requirements:
- Education: Matriculation or high school diploma.
