Job Title: Junior Travel Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Travel Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about travel planning and coordination within the hospitality and tourism sector. The successful candidate will assist in organizing and managing travel arrangements for clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel Planning and Booking:

    • Assist in researching and booking flights, accommodations, and transportation options that align with clients' preferences and budgets.

    • Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and client requirements.

  • Itinerary Coordination:

    • Develop comprehensive travel itineraries, including scheduling activities, reservations, and necessary documentation.

    • Provide clients with detailed travel information and support materials.

  • Vendor Liaison:

    • Communicate with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other service providers to secure bookings and negotiate rates.

    • Maintain positive relationships with travel vendors and partners.

  • Customer Service:

    • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional support throughout the travel planning process.

    • Address and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise.

  • Administrative Support:

    • Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, client preferences, and payment details.

    • Assist in preparing travel-related documents and reports as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in travel coordination, customer service, or a related role is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and international travel procedures is a plus.
