Job Title: Travel Coordinators
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Travel Coordinator to assist in arranging travel services, bookings, and itinerary planning for clients. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a passion for travel, tourism, and hospitality who are eager to learn about corporate travel planning, leisure tourism, and logistical coordination. The Travel Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring seamless travel experiences while supporting senior travel consultants and managers in handling reservations, documentation, and client communications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Travel Booking & Itinerary Coordination
- Assist in booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other transportation services.
- Support in planning and organizing domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Ensure timely confirmations and updates for client reservations.
2. Customer Support & Client Relations- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Provide travel recommendations based on client preferences and budget.
- Assist with visa applications, travel insurance, and necessary documentation.
3. Vendor & Supplier Coordination- Work closely with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies.
- Negotiate and secure the best travel deals and discounts for clients.
- Ensure all reservations align with the client’s expectations and travel policies.
4. Budgeting & Expense Tracking- Support in cost analysis for corporate and leisure travel planning.
- Prepare travel expense reports and reimbursements for corporate clients.
- Monitor travel budgets and suggest cost-saving solutions where applicable.
5. Travel Safety & Compliance- Ensure all bookings comply with company or client travel policies.
- Keep clients informed about travel regulations, restrictions, and safety guidelines.
- Stay updated on visa requirements, COVID-19 protocols, and airline policies.
6. Administrative & Operational Support- Maintain accurate client travel records, itineraries, and billing details.
- Update travel databases and manage ticket issuance and rebooking requests.
- Assist in developing travel guides, FAQs, and destination insights for clients.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Certifications:
- IATA or ASTA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
3. Experience:
- Internship or part-time experience in travel agencies, hotels, or tourism is an advantage.
4. Multilingual Ability:
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (French, Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin) are a plus.
