We are seeking a Junior Training Coordinator to support training logistics, assist trainees and trainers, and manage administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
Training Logistics: Assist in scheduling training sessions, setting up virtual links, and organizing training materials.
Trainee Support: Manage enrollment lists, track attendance, and respond to trainee inquiries.
Trainer Assistance: Provide trainers with session details and required resources.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain training records, issue certificates, and update databases.
Feedback & Reporting: Collect trainee and trainer feedback to improve training effectiveness.
Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align training content with job market needs.
Skills & Knowledge Required
