The Tig Welder is a crucial position within our manufacturing team, responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks using Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding techniques. Key Responsibilities:
Perform TIG welding tasks for various industrial and commercial projects.
Maintain and operate welding tools and machines issued for the job.
Understand and employ safe working practices and comply with Client safety rules and regulations.
Perform welding tasks and ensure weld quality meets industry standards.
Follow Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and work accordingly.
Work on fabrication aspects involving piping, fittings, and structural components.
Inspect and ensure the quality of welded components to meet industry standards.
Fill daily welding records accurately.
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
Stay updated with the latest welding techniques and industry trends.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Ability to speak and understand Hindi, Urdu, or English.
Proficiency in maintaining and operating welding tools and machines.
Strong understanding of safety requirements and ability to employ safe working practices.
Knowledge of TIG welding techniques.
Ability to perform welding tasks and ensure weld quality meets industry standards.
Knowledge of fabrication aspects involving piping, fittings, and structural components.
Ability to follow WPS instructions and work accordingly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining welding records.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Qualifications:
Matriculation certificate or equivalent.
Relevant technical certification or training in welding or a related field.
Hands-On Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in TIG welding, brazing, or a related field.
