    • Ensure that all tests are performed in accordance with industry standards, internal procedures, and safety guidelines.
  2. Data Collection and Analysis:

    • Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Utilize data analysis software and tools to process test results and generate meaningful insights.
    • Prepare detailed reports summarizing test results, findings, conclusions, and recommendations for product improvements or design changes.
  3. Test Planning and Documentation:

    • Develop and document test plans, including test objectives, methodologies, equipment requirements, and expected outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate records of test setups, conditions, and results, ensuring traceability and compliance with internal and external standards.
    • Create test specifications and protocols to guide product development and quality control efforts.
  4. Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:

    • Troubleshoot mechanical issues identified during testing, working closely with engineering and production teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
    • Lead failure analysis and root cause analysis (RCA) for product defects or test failures, and drive continuous improvement based on findings.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to suggest design or process modifications to improve product reliability and quality.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure that test results align with product development goals and production timelines.
    • Present findings to senior engineers, management, and other departments, clearly communicating test results, product performance, and potential areas for improvement.
    • Mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support on test methodologies, data analysis, and equipment operation.
  6. Process Improvement and Optimization:

    • Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, procedures, and methodologies to increase efficiency and accuracy.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline test setups, reduce testing time, and improve overall test effectiveness.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for mechanical testing within the engineering department.
  7. Compliance and Safety:

    • Ensure all testing activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
    • Maintain a safe working environment by following proper procedures, using personal protective equipment (PPE), and adhering to safety protocols during testing.

Key Focus Areas:

  1. Test Planning and Execution:

    • Lead the planning and execution of mechanical tests, ensuring accurate data collection and compliance with specifications.
  2. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Analyze test data to assess performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for design improvements.
  3. Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:
