The Supervisor - Telecommunications Specialist leads and manages a team of telecom engineers and specialists. ● Leadership & Team Management:
○ Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a diverse team of telecommunications specialists.

○ Standardize processes and documentation across telecom projects, including detailed network diagrams, configuration protocols, and SOPs.
○ Implement continuous quality assurance practices, including routine audits and performance reviews to ensure systems meet high standards of reliability and security.
● Security, Compliance & Risk Management:
○ Enforce rigorous security policies across telecom systems, including end-to-end encryption, secure protocols, and access controls.
