● System Design & Implementation:
○ Architect and oversee the deployment of advanced telecommunications systems including VoIP, unified communications, and IP-PBX solutions.
○ Lead the implementation of fiber optic, microwave, wireless, and digital transmission systems.
○ Ensure seamless integration of telecom systems with IT networks (LAN/WAN) and cloud-based platforms, enabling unified communications and converged networks.
● Performance Optimization & Capacity Planning:
○ Monitor system performance using advanced diagnostic and monitoring tools to ensure high call quality, minimal latency, and optimal network throughput.
○ Conduct in-depth analyses of network load, bandwidth allocation, and signal integrity to inform capacity planning and system upgrades.
○ Implement performance tuning measures such as traffic shaping, Quality of Service (QoS) policies, and redundancy protocols to maintain peak operational efficiency.
● Security & Compliance Management:
○ Implement robust security measures for telecommunications, including end-to-end encryption, secure VoIP protocols, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
○ Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, national telecom regulations).

● Project Leadership & Vendor Management:
○ Manage large-scale telecom projects from conception through deployment, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.
○ Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procure cutting-edge equipment and solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
○ Oversee integration and migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption during transitions or upgrades.
● Advanced Troubleshooting & Incident Management:
