Job Title: Telemarketing Representative – Customer Focus
Job Summary:
The Junior Telemarketer will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role focuses on initial outreach, lead qualification, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. With a supportive environment and guided training, you will learn the essentials of the recruitment sales process while building a strong foundation in client communication and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initial Contact & Lead Capture:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our recruitment services.
- Gather basic information to assess client interest and potential fit.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
- Lead Qualification & Needs Assessment:
- Ask guided questions to determine the prospect’s recruitment needs and basic qualifications.
- Identify preliminary pain points and schedule follow-up discussions with senior team members.
- Appointment Setting & Scheduling:
- Coordinate and confirm appointments or demos for qualified leads with the sales team.
- Provide a brief overview of the company’s recruitment services to generate interest.
- Follow-Up & Support:
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to nurture early-stage leads.
- Relay client feedback and concerns to more experienced team members for further engagement.
- Reporting & Team Collaboration:
- Keep detailed logs of calls and outcomes, ensuring all data is updated in the CRM.
- Collaborate with team members to refine calling strategies and improve conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- An associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Human resources or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning sales and telemarketing techniques within the recruitment industry.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems (training will be provided).
- Ability to follow a structured process while showing a proactive approach.
- High level of motivation, reliability, and willingness to develop new skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Interest in human resources, recruitment, or sales.
