We are hiring a Technical Training Manager to lead our team of instructors and oversee the strategy, quality, and effectiveness of technical training delivery. This role requires strong instructional leadership, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to align training with organizational goals.
8+ years of experience in technical instruction or IT training, with 3+ years in a leadership or team management role
Lead and manage a team of technical instructors delivering enterprise training programs or certification prep courses
Oversee the creation, review, and standardization of technical curriculum and assessments
Define learning objectives, delivery metrics, and performance KPIs for training programs
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to assess training needs and align content with business/industry requirements
Ensure compliance with training certifications and continuous improvement processes
Recruit, onboard, and develop instructional talent; foster a knowledge-sharing and innovative training culture
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Instructional design or leadership certifications (e.g., PMP, MCT, Certified Learning & Development Professional) preferred
Proven leadership in technical training or curriculum delivery
Strong technical background across IT domains (cloud, development, data, security)
Experience with eLearning development tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Rise)
Knowledge of training operations, budget planning, and training ROI measurement
Familiarity with content delivery platforms (Coursera for Business, Pluralsight, LinkedIn Learning)
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
