Job
Summary:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in
shaping and executing the organization’s recruitment strategy. This position is
responsible for developing innovative talent acquisition plans, leading a team
of recruitment professionals, and partnering with business leaders to ensure
that the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent. You will leverage
data-driven insights and industry best practices to optimize the hiring
process, enhance employer branding, and drive diversity and inclusion
initiatives.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop
and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the
organization’s long-term goals.
- Identify
future talent needs and create proactive recruitment plans to build robust
candidate pipelines.
- Lead,
coach, and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they have the tools and
guidance needed to succeed.
- Foster
a collaborative and high-performance team culture focused on achieving
recruitment targets.
- Partner
with senior business leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs
and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
- Act
as a trusted advisor on market trends, talent availability, and competitive
salary benchmarks.
- Utilize
recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of hiring
processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee
the implementation and management of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other
recruitment technologies.
- Enhance
the organization’s employer brand through strategic initiatives, social media
outreach, and participation in industry events.
- Ensure
a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Drive
initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates and promote an inclusive
hiring process.
- Implement
best practices that support equal opportunity and diversity in the workplace.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is
required.
- A
Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
- 7+
years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a
proven track record in a leadership role.
- Experience
in managing full-cycle recruitment processes and working in fast-paced, dynamic
environments.
