Job
Summary:
As a mid-level Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for
managing and executing end-to-end recruitment processes across various
functions within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers
and HR leadership to source, attract, and hire top talent while ensuring a
positive candidate experience. Your role will involve strategic planning,
improved sourcing techniques, and continuous process improvement, making you a
key contributor to the company’s talent strategy.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Manage
the complete recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing,
interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Utilize
a variety of sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, networking,
and employee referrals.
- Work
closely with hiring managers to define position requirements, develop
recruitment strategies, and ensure a clear understanding of role expectations.
- Act
as a consultant to internal stakeholders, providing guidance on market trends,
salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Ensure
a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain
ongoing communication with candidates to keep them informed and engaged.
- Track
and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate
satisfaction, etc.) to identify areas for process improvement.
- Use
data insights to refine sourcing strategies and improve overall recruitment
efficiency.
- Contribute
to employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events, career
fairs, and networking opportunities to build the organization’s reputation as
an employer of choice.

- Enhance recruitment workflows, improve candidate pipelines, and implement best
practices to reduce time-to-fill and improve hiring outcomes.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and
high-quality candidates for various business units.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR leadership to ensure
recruitment strategies are aligned with organizational goals and workforce
planning needs.
- Focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the
company’s values and culture, ensuring candidates are well-informed and engaged
throughout the process.
- Regularly analyze recruitment metrics to gauge success, report on progress, and
identify opportunities for continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is
required.
- 3-5
years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a
fast-paced or dynamic environment.
- Proven
success in managing full-cycle recruitment processes and collaborating with
hiring managers.
Skills
& Competencies:
- Strong
interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships
at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated
expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media, and other
sourcing tools.
- Ability
to analyze data and leverage insights to drive recruitment strategies and
decision-making.
- Excellent
organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage
multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Relevant
HR or recruitment certifications (e.g., LinkedIn Certified
Professional–Recruiter, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
