Job Title: Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals eager to learn and contribute to our recruitment efforts by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters to ensure an efficient and effective hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing and Outreach: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates. Assist in creating and distributing engaging job postings.

  • Screening and Interview Coordination: Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications. Coordinate scheduling of screening calls and interviews with hiring managers.

  • Candidate Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide regular updates and maintain positive candidate relationships.

  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System. Assist with generating reports on recruitment metrics.

  • Support for Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support the overall recruitment process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or related internships.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of employment laws and ethical hiring practices.
