Job Title: Fresher – Systems Engineer 

Job Summary:

A Fresher Systems Engineer is responsible for assisting in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure. This role provides hands-on learning opportunities and exposure to system operations, networking, and security practices. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.

• Support system monitoring activities and report any performance issues.

• Help troubleshoot basic system and network connectivity issues.

• Maintain and update IT documentation.

• Participate in testing and debugging IT systems.

Skills and Knowledge Required

• Basic knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS.

• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity basics, including firewalls and endpoint security measures.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or CCNA are a plus.

Key Focus Areas

• Hands-on training in IT infrastructure management.

• Learning basic troubleshooting techniques.

Experience

• 0-1 year of experience; internship or entry-level experience is acceptable.

Tools and Equipment

• Basic networking tools, including cable testers and multimeters.

• Remote desktop and troubleshooting software
