Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications (preferred): ITIL v4, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
