Job Summary: Leads supply chain strategies and ensures seamless operations across procurement, inventory, and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business goals.

  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers and vendors.

  • Oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Mentor and guide mid-level managers in the supply chain team.

  • Monitor KPIs and generate reports for senior management.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Expertise in supply chain optimization and cost reduction.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in supply chain management or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • 6–9 years of experience in supply chain roles, with leadership responsibilities.

Tools and Technologies:

  • Advanced ERP systems, analytics software.
