We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mid-Level Supervisor – CIP (Clean-in-Place) Valve Systems and Routing to oversee and coordinate the installation, integration, and testing of CIP valve assemblies and routing networks. This role is essential to delivering compliant and efficient CIP systems for industries such as food & beverage, dairy, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology, ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and performance.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in process piping, sanitary valve installation, and clean system design, with proven supervisory experience in field execution and team coordination.

Oversee the installation of sanitary valves used in CIP systems (mix-proof, divert, diaphragm, butterfly valves).
Ensure proper routing of CIP supply and return lines based on approved P&IDs and isometric drawings.
Coordinate integration of valves with piping, pumps, sensors, and instrumentation for automated CIP functionality.
Enforce compliance with ASME BPE, 3-A, EHEDG, and FDA guidelines during installation.
Inspect and verify valve assemblies for correct orientation, slope, drainability, and elimination of dead legs.
Monitor material handling and valve installation procedures to preserve hygienic integrity.
Liaise with engineers, QA/QC, contractors, and automation teams to align project goals and system functionality.
Track daily progress, manage field work schedules, and escalate design or material issues proactively.
Participate in project meetings and represent CIP installation status to project stakeholders.
Maintain installation records including valve tag tracking, torque specifications, and weld traceability.
Support field inspections, leak testing, and validation efforts (IQ/OQ protocols) for CIP systems.
Ensure valve components and installation steps are documented in redlines and turnover packages.
Supervise and mentor junior technicians and installers on proper valve handling, assembly, and routing.
Conduct field briefings, enforce safety practices, and ensure clean construction protocols are followed.
Train team members on the basics of CIP process logic and valve actuation requirements.
Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Process, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline).
3–6 years of experience in process piping and valve system installation, including direct involvement with CIP systems.
Strong understanding of sanitary valve types and installation techniques in clean processing environments.
Familiarity with CIP system design, sequencing, and automation basics
Knowledge of hygienic design standards (ASME BPE, 3-A, etc.)
Experience working in GMP-regulated or FDA-compliant facilities
OSHA 30 or equivalent site safety certification
Working knowledge of P&IDs, valve manifolds, and clean-in-place automation
Technical proficiency in sanitary valve systems and clean piping
Strong supervision and field coordination skills
Focus on hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance
Effective communication and problem-solving in cross-functional settings
Ability to adapt and troubleshoot under tight project timelines
