Key Responsibilities

Manage Valve BOMs: Accurately compile, update, and maintain the Bill of Materials for various valve assemblies, ensuring all components are correctly documented and accessible for procurement and maintenance teams.

Monitor Inventory Levels: Regularly review stock levels of spare parts related to valves, ensuring inventory data is accurate and up-to-date to support operational needs.

Establish Reorder Points: Set and adjust minimum and maximum reorder points for spare parts based on usage patterns, lead times, and safety stock requirements to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Coordinate Replenishment Activities: Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to initiate timely purchase orders when stock levels approach reorder points, ensuring continuous availability of critical spare parts.

Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain organized records of inventory transactions, BOM updates, and reorder point adjustments for audit and reporting purposes.
