Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Content Leadership: Oversee content creation and scheduling across channels; ensure brand consistency and high engagement.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Monitor performance metrics, interpret data, and refine strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff to elevate overall social media efforts.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in social media analytics and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Creative thinker with a knack for trend spotting and innovative content strategies.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of executing successful social media campaigns.
