Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Entry-Level Social Media Manager/Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Curation: Develop and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) tailored for various social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Strategy Development: Assist in formulating social media strategies that align with the overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to customer comments and messages, and engage with our online community to foster relationships.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics using social media analytics tools, prepare regular performance reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and communications teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend new approaches to enhance our online presence.

Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Digital Savvy: Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Content Development: Strong writing and creative skills with an ability to adapt tone and style to different platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of social media metrics and analytics; ability to interpret data to inform strategy.

Educational Qualifications
