Engaged on a per-job basis to diagnose, service, and repair light vehicles/vans, small generators (up to ~60–100 kVA), water pumps/motors, and small site equipment (pressure washers, compactors, mixers). Deliver accurate diagnostics, quality repairs to OEM standards, and proper documentation/close-out in our CRM.
Diagnostics & fault finding: Use OBD-II/scan tools, multimeter/clamp meter, compression tests, fuel-pressure/vacuum gauges to identify issues.
Vehicle repairs (light vehicles/LGV): Brakes, suspension/steering, hubs/bearings, alternator/starter, cooling system, belts, hoses; basic engine/peripheral repairs; basic auto-AC service if certified.
Generators & small engines: Service and minor overhauls (filters, belts, pumps, injectors, AVR checks), load testing, commissioning.
Pumps & rotating equipment: Seal/bearing changes, alignment, coupling/belt tension, priming and pressure/flow verification.
Small plant & tools: Inspection, repair, parts replacement, operational checks and basic safety tests.
Preventive maintenance: Execute PM checklists, maintain service histories, recommend parts and follow-up works.
Parts & variations: Identify parts (VIN/plate), prepare BoQs/estimates, obtain pre-approvals, manage core returns/warranties.
HSE & housekeeping: Apply LOTO, hot-work controls as needed, spill prevention/cleanup; maintain tidy, safe work areas and protect client property.
Documentation & communication: Record diagnostics, readings, photos, parts used, torque specs, and client sign-off in CRM; explain findings, options, costs, and ETAs clearly.
3–5 years hands-on mechanic experience (UAE/GCC preferred) with solid exposure to light vehicles and at least one of: generators, pumps, or small plant.
Proficient with scan tools, multimeter/clamp meter, compression & leak-down testers, torque wrenches, pullers/press tools.
Able to read wiring diagrams and service manuals; strong workmanship and troubleshooting discipline.
Basic English for notes and client updates (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus).
Smartphone for CRM, navigation, and photo documentation.
Valid UAE manual driving licence preferred; willing to travel between emirates.
ITI/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent trade certificate).
OEM/Dealer or KHDA/TVET short courses are an advantage.
First Aid, Work-at-Height, Hot-Work/Fire Safety preferred.
F-gas/Auto-AC handling certificate (if handling refrigerants).
