Job Description: Site Supervisor - Valve Installations

Overview of the Role

Talent Pool is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate valve installation projects at our AE location. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all site activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. This leadership position requires a proactive approach to managing on-site operations, supervising technical teams, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results within designated timelines and budgets. The Site Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact for site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement detailed work plans for valve installation projects, coordinating with project managers, engineering teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
• On-site Supervision: Oversee daily operations on the construction site, supervising installation activities, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage on-site technical teams, including subcontractors and labor personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor installation processes to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and industry standards, conducting inspections and resolving any discrepancies.
• Safety Management: Enforce strict safety protocols and procedures, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure all personnel are trained and equipped to work safely.
• Material and Equipment Management: Coordinate procurement, delivery, and proper storage of materials and equipment necessary for valve installations, minimizing waste and delays.
• Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress against milestones, prepare detailed reports, and communicate updates to senior management and clients.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential issues or delays proactively and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any concerns promptly.
