Job Title: Director/VP - Security Consultant
Job Summary
The Director or VP of Security Consulting plays a pivotal role in leading the overall security practice within the organization. This position is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and direction for the security team and its offerings. The successful candidate will manage teams, engage with clients, and develop high-level security strategies across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the security consulting practice’s strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead large-scale, high-impact security projects and initiatives, overseeing their successful execution from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships at the executive level, ensuring high customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Set and enforce security policies, frameworks, and best practices across the organization to mitigate risks and enhance security posture.
- Direct and mentor senior security consultants, fostering a culture of innovation, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and other department heads to align security strategies with business objectives and operational needs.

- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements, showcasing expertise and thought leadership.
- Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively to ensure optimal delivery of security consulting services.
