We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Supervisor – Sanitary Valve Installation to lead and manage the field installation, alignment, and commissioning of sanitary valve systems across high-purity process environments. This role is responsible for delivering technically sound, compliant, and timely installations of sanitary valves and associated piping within regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, food, beverage, or personal care.
As a senior-level supervisor, you will direct installation crews, coordinate with engineering and QA/QC teams, and ensure adherence to GMP, ASME BPE, 3-A, and client-specific quality standards.

Plan and manage the installation of various sanitary valves (diaphragm, butterfly, ball, mix-proof, check valves) across process and clean utility lines.
Ensure correct selection, orientation, and integration of valves with hygienic piping systems.
Lead complex valve retrofit or upgrade projects in active GMP environments with minimal disruption.
Ensure all installations meet or exceed hygienic standards (ASME BPE, 3-A, EHEDG) and regulatory requirements (FDA, cGMP).
Oversee cleanliness, surface finish compliance (Ra), gasket compatibility, and elimination of dead legs in valve assemblies.
Participate in validation and commissioning activities (IQ/OQ) related to valve and piping systems.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, QA/QC inspectors, and subcontractors to align schedules and resolve technical issues.
Review and approve redlines, P&IDs, valve datasheets, and installation drawings.
Participate in system walkdowns, FAT/SATs, punch list resolution, and turnover packages.
Maintain valve installation records, torque logs, weld traceability, and inspection reports.
Support hydrostatic/pneumatic testing, leak detection, and borescope inspections as required.
Ensure all installed valves are tagged, traceable, and documented for validation and handover.
Lead and mentor junior supervisors, technicians, and contractors in hygienic installation practices.
Conduct training on valve technologies, cleanroom behavior, and safety protocols.
Enforce EHS guidelines, job hazard assessments, and clean construction practices throughout project execution.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in sanitary piping and valve system installations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Deep knowledge of sanitary valve applications, hygienic design principles, and GMP requirements.
Proficiency in reading P&IDs, isometric drawings, and installation standards.
ASME BPE, 3-A, or EHEDG familiarity or certification
OSHA 30 / cleanroom protocols / cGMP site experience
Orbital welding knowledge or weld inspection certification (e.g., CWI)
Skilled in using digital field tools (Procore, BIM 360, Bluebeam, etc.)
Leadership and decision-making in field operations
