Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Senior Sales Engineer to lead our technical sales initiatives. Strategic Sales Leadership:

Serve as the primary technical liaison for key clients, understanding their requirements and aligning them with appropriate solutions.

Technical Expertise and Solution Customization:
Provide in-depth technical knowledge to clients, demonstrating how our products and services meet their specific needs.
Collaborate with product development teams to tailor solutions that address unique client challenges.
Mentorship and Team Development:
Mentor and guide junior sales engineers, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance their professional growth.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales engineering team environment.
Market Analysis and Product Feedback:
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and identify new business opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) or a related technical discipline.
5–10 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering roles, with a proven track record of success in complex sales environments.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Advanced communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
Deep technical expertise with the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible solutions for clients.
