    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex SCADA system issues, including communication failures, data inconsistencies, and software malfunctions.
    • Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to identify root causes of operational issues and recommend corrective actions.
    • Provide technical support to operators and other personnel regarding SCADA system functionality and troubleshooting.
  4. System Upgrades and Maintenance:

    • Lead the planning and execution of SCADA system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to water treatment operations.
    • Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as software patches, firmware updates, and system diagnostics, to ensure optimal system performance.
    • Support the replacement of obsolete equipment and integration of new technologies to improve SCADA system capabilities.
  5. System Maintenance and Support:

    • Perform corrective and proactive maintenance for SCADA servers, workstations, and Windows operating systems.
    • Troubleshoot, install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT peripherals at pumping stations, reservoirs, and RO plants.
    • Maintain and manage networks, including L2 & L3 managed switches, firewalls, and virtual machines.
  1. PLC/SCADA Maintenance:

    • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of PLC panels and SCADA systems.
    • Perform inspections, design verifications, drawing preparation, and documentation related to SCADA servers and workstation panels.
    • Maintain system backups and ensure system functionality, availability, and reliability.
  1. Support and Coordination:

    • Assist client engineers in validating inventory stock and ensuring proper system operation.
    • Respond to and resolve issues related to SCADA-IT hardware, PLC panels, and peripherals.
    • Handle any other OT-related tasks as assigned by the client engineers.
  1. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, system backups, and configuration changes.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to client engineers regarding system performance and issues.
