Job Title: Robotics Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Expert Robotics Engineer to lead cutting-edge research, development, and deployment of autonomous robotic systems for industrial automation, autonomous vehicles, drones, humanoid robots, and AI-driven robotics. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in ROS, SLAM, AI-driven perception, control systems, reinforcement learning, and real-time embedded systems. This role involves leading robotics teams, driving AI and automation strategies, and developing next-generation intelligent robotic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and optimize next-generation robotic systems, including autonomous vehicles, robotic arms, drones, humanoid robots, and AI-driven automation
- Design and implement advanced motion control and trajectory planning algorithms, including inverse kinematics, Model Predictive Control (MPC), and reinforcement learning-based control
- Develop and optimize SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) techniques for real-time localization and navigation
- Integrate deep learning-based perception models (object detection, segmentation, scene understanding) using state-of-the-art AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, YOLO, CLIP, DeepSORT)
- Develop real-time sensor fusion algorithms (Kalman Filters, Extended Kalman Filters, Particle Filters) for multi-sensor integration (LIDAR, IMU, cameras, ultrasonic sensors)
- Implement AI-powered decision-making algorithms for robotic autonomy using deep reinforcement learning (DQN, PPO, SAC, A3C, AlphaZero)
- Lead the deployment of robotic applications on high-performance embedded systems (NVIDIA Jetson AGX Xavier, FPGA-based robotic control units, ARM-based microcontrollers)
- Develop real-time robotic simulation environments using Gazebo, Webots, MuJoCo, PyBullet, and Isaac Sim
- Optimize robotic computation for real-time AI inference using GPU acceleration (CUDA, TensorRT, OpenCL) and edge AI computing
- Work with ROS2, MoveIt!, and cloud-based robotics solutions (AWS RoboMaker, Google Cloud Robotics, ROSbridge)
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to develop fully integrated robotic platforms
- Drive AI and robotics innovation, contribute to research publications, and mentor robotics engineers
- Ensure AI ethics, safety, and compliance in robotics applications (e.g., safety standards for autonomous systems)
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Expertise in AI-driven robotics, autonomous navigation, and real-time control
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and MATLAB for robotics programming
- Deep experience with ROS/ROS2, MoveIt!, and robotic middleware
- Extensive knowledge of motion planning, SLAM, and real-time control algorithms
- Expertise in deep learning-based perception, including Transformer models for robotics (ViTs, CLIP, DINO, BERT for NLP in robotics)
- Hands-on experience in embedded systems and FPGA-based robotic computing
- Proficiency in high-performance computing for robotics applications (CUDA, TensorRT, OpenMP, multi-threading)
- Experience with multi-agent robotic systems and swarm intelligence
- Familiarity with neuromorphic computing and bio-inspired robotics (optional but a plus)
Educational Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s in Robotics, AI, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Strong publication record in AI, robotics, SLAM, reinforcement learning, or autonomous systems (NeurIPS, ICRA, CVPR, ICML, etc.)
- Certifications in ROS, AI for Robotics, SLAM, Embedded Systems, or MLOps are a plus
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in robotics, AI, autonomous systems, or deep learning for robotics applications
- Proven experience leading robotics teams, deploying large-scale robotic systems, and working on advanced AI-driven robotics research
